Really great guys, down to earth on their customers needs, it shows they really care about their customers. I would never use a different company. I can't say enough about how they helped me with my situation.everyone was professional, and courteous, it's hard to find good people like this. If you need movers these are your people.

Jeff was great. Move fast. Team damaged my furniture. Stacked boxes on top of glass and mirrors. Rolled LED TV like a log. Set dresser blocking closet. Gouged 3 pieces Oak furniture. No reply when reported. Tore off after damaging furniture and could not put bed frame together. Cut 2 mattress bags I paid for, then asked if I wanted to keep them. Furniture damaged and needs repair. Waiting for Jeff to hold these 2 movers accountable and pay for what they damaged.

My experience with Innovative Movers was extremely poor. Furniture was broken and damaged (leg broken off from dresser, scratched furniture). Missing items!!! Thieves. Unprofessional movers. Repeatedly asked, "Can I have this?"This is cool."You could sell this on the internet and make a lot of money. Scratched the floor of the new home. Careless.I stated you will need to pack up kitchen items. The female employee responded, "I didn't bring any packing stuff." And you call your business Innovative Movers?Jeff stated, "You could have hundred dollar bills laying around and they would be there after we leave." Ridiculous statement.Unfortunately, Jeff has zero conflict resolution skills. Just because this has not happened before with your company doesn't mean it didn't happen. I do think he has employees that steal and lie. Jeff was not present for my move. Probably need new employees.Don't waste your money and have property stolen and damaged.Go with Jake's Moving and Storage or La Crosse Movers

Very respectful so far. Just had Jeff show up and evaluate the move. Lots of options very straight forward and no pressure. They can handle everything. From packing or moving kayaks or even items on trailers, just call and ask.

Jeff and the guys were great. They agreed to work on a Saturday, on short notice, and it was hot and muggy. No problem at all for these guys, they had all our house moved out of storage and into the new digs in less time than i thought it would take. They took great care of our stuff and I would 100% recommend these fine gentlemen.
