This was my first time back in a while. Things seem to be improving. I know sometimes they do a small video at the time of the oil change, at my visit they did not for some reason. I am not too worried about it they told me that everything was good. Although I do think the video is a cool added feature. The people of course are extremely nice. I wish they would be fixing the car wash but I guess that is not the case at this time. I am looking forward to other improvements they may be making.

This was the best buying a car experience I have ever incountered in my 25 yrs of buying cars. Just plain and simply put, fantastic, very very helpful people with the greatest personality and support. Even though I just bought new car, they will definitely be the first place I look or recommend. Just a amazing experience

Our experience with Morrie's Sparta Chevrolet was great. The salesmen and the finance department were all very helpful and super friendly, which helped make our purchase go smoothly. We would recommend Morrie's if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Extremely helpful and kind staff. Never felt pressured into anything. I thought they were very honest people and extremely accommodating to our family. Trying to buy a car with three kids around isn’t easy, but shopping at morries made it much easier.

Great dealer! Very honest and decent experience. I picked up my C8Z06 from Morrie’s Sparta and I only paid MSRP for it! Unless many other Chevy dealers that were trying to charge $50-100k over MSRP for the Z06. Highly recommended. This dealer should be rewarded by GM for being an honest dealer and selling a high demand vehicle at MSRP.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered. Kathy the service manager is the worst. Got an estimate for the repair of my vehicle and was shocked at the price. Decided to go down the road to another dealership for same estimate for work to be done. The second dealerships estimate was over 2500 dollars cheaper.Didn't have to work done at that dealership either. Ends up that a non dealership facility could do the work for 5000 dollars less than either of the chevy dealerships. My suggestion would be to avoid any of the morries dealerships and always get a second opinion. It could save you at least 2500 dollars and maybe more.

My experience with this store has been nothing short of a nightmare. Last December, I had the opportunity to build my Z06 order with Aaron, one of their staff members. Little did I know the ordeal I was about to face. From the beginning, Aaron was helpful and accommodating. He guided me through the process, and I believed I was in good hands. However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration and despair. After patiently waiting as the third person on the Z06 waiting list, I received a devastating email from GM last month. Shockingly, my order had been canceled without any explanation. I was dumbfounded—I hadn't made such a decision myself. Determined to understand what went wrong, I reached out to the store. The manager, Matt Welch, provided an utterly absurd excuse for the cancellation. He claimed that since Aaron had left the store, my order was automatically canceled. I couldn't believe my ears. How could a staff member's departure be a valid reason to scrap customers' orders? It was a complete and unacceptable failure on their part.In a last-ditch effort to salvage my order, Matt requested my build details, assuring me that he would secure my position on the waiting list. Trusting his word, I promptly shared the necessary information, hoping for a positive resolution. Unfortunately, that hope was shattered when I never received a single response. It was as if my messages had vanished into thin air. Their unresponsiveness and lack of accountability were utterly disheartening.Throughout this ordeal, I have experienced a whirlwind of emotions—betrayal, disappointment, and frustration. The entire process has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store.I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution. Save yourself the anguish and headaches. Find a store that values its customers and provides genuine and reliable service. Unfortunately, this store is a prime example of how not to treat customers.

A few days after I returned home I noticed the engine air cleaner had not been opened. There was a dragon fly still on one of the screw heads. I opened and checked the filter. It was immediately apparent that it had not been checked during the service. I replaced the filter. I then decided to check the cabin filter. Again I found it had not been checked and replaced it myself. Upon checking my service records I found the filters had been checked but the filters I changed were original 2019 equipment.

Made an appointment a week before so that I could get the chips placed in my car that were not available when the car was purchased. They said the appointment would take about 4 hours and probably more. They called about an hour and a half after the car was dropped off and told me the car was done. They said one chip was in Chicago and the other would take 3 weeks to receive. When I picked up the car the Service Department said they did not know until they put the VIN number in that they did not have the chips that I had received a letter stating the chips were in. Now I have to make another appointment that will take 2 hours when I had the day planned to have it take 4 hours. I also received a warning that my oil needed to be changed when I had it changed just before a long trip I was taking. The Service Department should have my VIN number because the vehicle was purchased there and therefore should have known if the chips were in.

Traded vehicles. Somewhat disappointed with detailing they did not do but staff was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding paperwork and signing procedures. In fairness, we will be following up with several requests and hopefully they will respond.
