Very helpful and friendly staff that work weekends to satisfy their customers. We bought a used vehicle that was impressively detailed and well priced. Applying for the loan they made easy and we were approved quickly based on our credit. We took vehicle home the day our credit was approved.

Took my vehicle in to get alternator fixed, Morries quoted me $1,900 to get it repaired. They also charged me over $150.00 to get it looked at. I had my vehicle brought to another mechanic shop that is going to repair the alternator for less then half of what Morries was going to charge me. Morries tried to rip me off and I will never bring another vehicle there again.

I was happy when Morries came to town. Brenengen's service sucked in the past. All was going good until today. Turns out the service center at Sparta Chevy is just as worthless as before. They don't work for the customer! They are just stealing your money! Last week I spoke with Steve the service manager, we had an understanding of what needed to be done on my Truck. So I made an appointment for this morning, now this morning they told me different. I left with my vehicle and was told not to come back by the service manager Steve. That's fine. I was on my way out anyways. I will find someone that is willing to work for me and not play games and screw me over. They took my money and ran with it a couple weeks ago. Today they were going to do the same. When I went to make sure we still have the same understanding as last week. I knew they were blowing smoke and looking to take my hard earned money and run with it. Don't fall for it folks. Find a trustworthy place that works for YOU and save the money to get your vehicle repaired correctly.

Have bought more than one car from this place. Service and assistance is unparalleled at time of sale. They are a little to pushy at finalization on selling high profit margin extras....extend warranty,windshield treatment,gap insurance ect. If you really need coverage gap insurance don't you think you may be paying a little to much?? Then again I would actually like for them to mabe add a little to sticker price if they need to....and have a little better warranty built into the soup.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership's service department. Brought our 2021 Traverse in for a complimentary oil change after the purchace of the vehicle. We were shown air filters that weren't even ours. The filters weren't even close to being as dirty as the filters we were shown. Also shown a nail in our left rear tire that i know for a fact was not there when i dropped the vehicle off for the service.
And on top of all of that......The service wasn't completed on the day it was scheduled to be done...... We had to leave it there another day. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
