“I have usually gone to O’Reilly’s, mainly due to location. I have not had the greatest experiences with them in terms of customer service. I even tried the one in Black River Falls when I needed a new battery for my car. Again, the customer service was terrible. After that I was done. I needed a new bulb for one of my lights this week and decided to go to Advance Auto this time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and actually acknowledged that I was there. I will definitely be using them again!!”
