Arnolds have helped me on 4 occasions when my vehicles broke down. An alternator went out twice on our Expedition. Both times out of town. Arnolds came immediately AND went to bat for us on the warranty. Both times they managed to warranty it. Awesome , friendly service.

Honestly I’d give it zero if I could, told me it would be a 131 dollars to get my door unlocked and I’m 4 miles down the street. Had me on hold for a bit too, you’d think for not being that far away it would only be like 50 bucks but nope they wanna charge more then it cost me about 6 months ago to get my car towed in Onalaska

Mike and Monica are 2 of the most kindest people you could talk too they both have helped me in so many situations and do a awesome job very knowledgeable and fast to fix alot of stuff on vehicles I would recommend this shop to anyone

Went in for new tires. Robert found an issue with my oil pump. It was under factory warranty. Arnold's set up appointment with the dealer, took it to the dealer for me, and got it fixed by the dealer free of charge.Services: Tires

I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle besides the Arnold’s. They don’t overcharge or bill you for things you don’t need. They treat your vehicle as it’s their own. If you’re not taking your vehicle here then you’re obviously doing something wrong.Services: Transmission
