Here is a tip: Get insurance to make sure what you have in storage specifically is covered . You just never know when disaster will strike. Be warned that you are taking a risk entrusting your belongings to a storage facility.

The facilities are nice but when we paid for our unit, we weren't told where it was located. They have 3 different locations, which we weren't aware of and the units jump from 50 to 200 or something like that at the same location.

Thick layer of dust covers everything. Somehow. The facility is all gravel but other than from the ceiling I dont know how everything got so dirty. More importantly heavy rains this spring flooded into our unit. Everything that touches the floor is moldy. Anything that can soak up smell has mildew. I am told that they did not advertisement climate control. Whats state of the art about a garage door and gravel? Online bill pay? I was in such a hurry to find storage I did not read the contract. Lesson learned. Like dont let anyone put a box of childhood keepsakes and pictures in a cardboard box on the floor of a non climate controlled storage unit with or without insurance. Big Boo here people.
