“I like Michaels, a lot, but if you need help finding anything, or information on something, you are pretty much on your own. I usually only need help in finding things, but it’s still a matter of hunting down someone to help! It’s the way things are in retail, generally, these days. If you need help in how to make or do something with a craft item, you’re better off looking it up on the internet. There’s no way Michaels employee will be able to help you either that! But I don’t mind that, because I usually already know what to do with the materials I’m buying. If you’re a novice crafter - I would suggest that you find instruction help on the internet!”
