I use them religiously to take care of my two dogs and two cats. They are reliable, responsible and loving to my pets. I’ve use them for walks, and for when we go out of town. My cats have medical conditions and require extra care and they’ve done well with that. Often times they can come in on short notice. I love that they have to leave a journal saying how the visit went where you can see the map of the route that they took for a walk, they take pictures of the pets. They let you know if they urinated, if they pooped, etc.. My dogs get so excited when I tell them “a friend is coming to see them “. I have had odd and specific requests because I have a strange work schedule and a needy dog, which they have tried their best to accommodate. The owner, Stephanie, is very open to suggestions, questions. Every dog walker/caretaker that we’ve had has been fabulous but a special shout out for Jill. She’s just the sweetest.

Amazing service! I have used Brew City Pet Services for 3 years. They provided my dog Zazu with afternoon and the occasional evening dog walk. I am truly grateful for the fantastic experience. I left for work each day knowing that my dog was in good hands when on his potty breaks. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and the peace of mind they provided me.

I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie, Becky, Taylor and the team at Brew City Pet Services. They are so responsive and helpful and take such wonderful care of my pack. I feel content knowing that my doggies are in their care, and could not ask for a more compassionate and hard working bunch. Thank you so much for all the top-notch care!!

Contacted Brew City Pet Services to care for our 2 cats while we were on vacation. Communication via phone, text and e-mail were more than we expected. We set up profiles on the site and provided the information requested. The initial visit was great. Met Steph, she explained everything, we showed her our house and where things were located. I explained that one of our cats was recently placed on meds twice a day and we adjusted the schedule.During the vacation we received updates, via the site, at every visit to include three pics of the cats eating, playing, etc., with an explanation of what she did at each visit. We were put at ease during our trip.The cost of the services were FAR less than any boarding place we have used in the past.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will be using their services from now on rather than boarding in a cold kennel.

We are so thankful to have found Brew City Pets. We have utilized their walking services, as well as vacation care, and couldn’t be happier. A huge shoutout to Becky who takes care of our fur babies. She’s amazing and our pets love her.

I’ve used Brew City Pet Services twice since April and they’ve been the absolute best! They’re incredibly communicative and professional. It’s hard for me to leave my cat with just anyone, and BCPS made sure to make me feel like Pippa was well taken care of. Allie is the sweetest with Pippa and her detailed, daily notes and pics were wonderful!

From scheduling to the meet and greet with the sitter to the daily journal updates while I was on vacation, I couldn't have had a better experience! Allie really took the time to get to know Jasper (my cat) and made him feel comfortable and cared for while I was gone. I'll definitely be using this service again!

BCPS did a great job taking care of my Pug in my home while I was gone for 4 days. I bought the Vacation package and it served our needs perfectly. I always got comments and pictures for every visit. If there were questions about meds, they asked promptly for a quick resolution. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I used Brew City Pet Services for the first time for vacation this July. I have 2 cats and 2 parakeets. My pet sitter was wonderful. I'm the crazy neurotic pet owner. Caroline was patient listening to my requests and followed all my instructions. My pets were calm upon my return and the house wasn't a mess. I will be employing them again. I have friends that I can ask but I believe it's easier to use a pet sitting service because I'm not putting them out.

My cat, Arya, is very temperamental. I was nervous to leave her, but also can’t take her with me everywhere. Caroline was great! Arya even let her give some pets before the end of their visits. Stephanie is very professional and responsive! I will be using them again!

I’m so happy with Brew City! We had a very uncomfortable situation with another sitter, so going into another one was nerve racking. But Stephanie was SOOO nice and professional. She was able to get my babies on the schedule within 3 days! If that’s not enough I called Friday night (July 4 was over the weekend) and she got them in on Tuesday! We are so grateful!

We loved having Brew City Pet Services care for our cats! The digital journal entries we received after each visit, and the pictures of our cats, were wonderful, and our sitter put us at ease and left our home in impeccable condition. Highly recommended.

Stephanie and her staff are top notch. My dogs (especially my young one) can be a handful and I so appreciate the time and attention they give them. They have really helped out with special circumstances and been able to work with our preferred time frames for walks related to our one dog's separation anxiety as he can't be left alone for extended periods of time. Stephanie is quick to respond to any questions. I trust them implicitly.

I have been using in home pet services with Brew City Pet Services LLC from 08/02/2020 – the future.In January 2020, I was notified I would be losing my current sitters. Through their help, I was placed in touch with several pet sitting services.I interviewed two other agencies for in home pet sitting. They were not a good fit for my dog or his needs.Steph, Georgie, Amanda, Becky- treat my dog as their own. I have NEVER been disappointed. They have kept my dog and my home safe and secure. They have exceeded my pet’s needs; always notified me with any issue, always provide service on time, always follow the sitting instructions.They have been extremely accommodating to a short notice sitting request, great communicators, always on top of safe practices with the global pandemic, and never neglected his medication or orthopedic restrictions.If you are in search of a pet sitter; looking for a responsible, reliable, trustworthy group of pet lovers, call them. After a personal 185 visits, you will not be disappointed.Highly recommended.
