“So I was on the phone with customer service for almost 2 hours to fix a transaction issue that I had, I was transferred from one specialist to another (7 different departments) and they couldn’t help me out. I got really mad of the the waste of time that I had during this call so I go to the branch close to my house and I sit down for like two minutes and Helen the branch manager comes out and asks if she can help me we sat down and I explained to her the situation she says OK give me a second. two minutes after that the issue was resolved and I was very excited and I told her that this was one of the greatest customer service that I’ve ever had and the one that I had on the phone was one of the worst. Helen made my day and I really appreciate all the support that she provided me with.”
