Have to love waiting in line for 10 minutes behind a truck at the pharmacy line and the employee puts up the sign to go on their damn break as if we weren't waiting in line for ages. Absolutely disgusting. Absolutely foul.

On Thursday, 11/16, my mom's Dr wasn't able to get my 92 yr old mom into see her for two weeks. Her nurse called to tell me that the Dr wanted her to go to be checked out via the Aurora Clinic at the SM Walgreens, the nurse had looked up available appointments at that location for me and told me that the Dr wanted me to take her in asap to have her wheezing and cough checked out, being that she has had asthma before, and wanted to make sure it wasn't that. The Dr knew it was not COVID due to the fact that her caregiver had tested my mom 4 times for Covid in the past 8 days, Each test was negative, so the Dr wasn't worried about it being that. I did as asked and scheduled an in-person appointment online and noted all the information above. I made the appointment that day for Wednesday 11/22. On Monday 11/20, I received a preregistration text for the appointment, in which I did on the living well site. Then on Tuesday 11/21, I received a reminder to arrive 15 minutes before appointment time, at the stated location. Well this morning Wednesday 11/22 at 10:30ish I was called by them and told that they are only doing virtual appointments. I said oh really why doesn't it say that on your website, she chuckled and said well it should. I found that rude. I said how long have you only been doing virtual at this location, she told me for over a month. I said that's odd, I was there on Monday picking up a prescription and two people were sitting on the chairs to be seen, while I was there one was called in, the other was waiting to be seen. It made me wonder why she wasn't being truthful. I then asked her why I received a text to arrive 15 min earlier than the scheduled appointment at the SM location, if you are only doing virtual? I also asked why did you wait until the day of to notify me? She had no answer for that. I told her that was very upsetting to say the least, since my husband took off of work to take my mom, since she is in a wheelchair. I also told her that I would never patronize that location, nor would I ever recommend them. I explained it would have been nice if she would have called me on Monday, since this is Thanksgiving week so that I might have had a better chance of getting a new appointment somewhere else for my mom. I called to let my mom's Dr office know and her nurse. They said something sounded fishy. The one even looked up their website and found it off that you could schedule both an in-person visit or virtual visit. Perhaps they should get their website corrected to virtual appointments only.

As a life long asthmatic who’s doctor quit aurora and currently have no doctor, need asthma medication refills, was told I could not be helped and needed to go to urgent care. Don’t come here if you have asthma they won’t help you. I hope they suffocate as much as I do

So very pleased with this clinic. The physician listened, did a thorough exam, was extremely pleasant, diagnosed I had fluid in my ear (I came here for a throbbing ear), went over my meds with me and called a prescription into my pharmacy. She truly is an example of what a CARING medical professional should emanate. I suggest making an appointment if you don't want to wait.

I called and first scheduled an appt for my Asthma concerns (very first time at your clinic) the person who called me back (because I left a message) was very UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL..When I entered the clinic I was not greeted..(sounded like the same person who called me back to schedule). When I entered the person at the desk was looking down at her cellphone, she did not acknowledge me when I walked up and did not show any compassion for the sick at all and she was very aggressive when I asked her her name. and she (Amber Doss) got really loud as she spelled out her last name to me...I was not happy with the customer service provided today as I'm still not feeling well...... However on a good note the PA who assisted me (She's a keeper? we need more like her??? at this clinic....she assisted me and showed all the compassion that needed for my visit today..
