It’s extremely evident that the staff at Athletico cares deeply about their clients. They helped me recover from a full achilles rupture. The exercises they prescribed me were very helpful and during our sessions, they kept a close eye on me to ensure I was performing them correctly. They continuously asked how difficult each exercise felt to make sure we weren’t doing too much but also to make sure we were pushing boundaries so I could improve. This made my time with them extremely valuable and I was able to see a lot of progress in a short amount of time. I definitely recommend their services!

Athletico is the best place for therapy! Personal attention and very thorough. You do what they say and you will get better fast! Andrew was a very awesome physical therapist and Becky was very nice also! Definitely will refer people to them. Really can’t say enough good things about this place!

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and treatment I received. Becky at the front desk is very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance and was able to walk me through the process without any hiccups, which greatly reduced my stress since I knew I was in good hands. Matt did a fantastic job of helping me regain movement in my neck and substantially reducing the amount of pain I was in. I was always listened to, treated with respect, and made to feel like I mattered. I was greeted by name every time I came in and the atmosphere is laid back. I will not hesitate to go back for any more issues.

PT herself was awesome! My only qualm is the receptionist was impatient and kind of rude. It ruined the experience as a first time customer. I’ve worked as a chiropractic receptionist in the past so I know what one deals with regularly and this receptionist gave off an entitled attitude. I’ve never been to a PT office before so I asked for insurance to be checked, and the response was essentially that I should do it myself, which I get that can be easier for them, but it’s not easier for me and isn’t that what a business is about? Making the patient feel comfortable and checking on insurance for them? It’s simple really, I did it when I was a receptionist all the time.I still gave 5 stars because the actual physical therapists are doing a great job.

Matt and the rest of the staff did an awesome job with my brother and got him walking again after a serious injury. Scheduling was always very efficient. Staff was very personable and knowledgeable.

They are great, I dislocated my thumb, in February. I’m back to normal after all the rehabilitation. Thank you to all the staff for get me back to normal. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get great service.Corey Kyle

I worked with Bibin for 4 months for ankle and wrist strengthening. He did a fantastic job and was always very enthusiastic and encouraging. He was great at pushing me to get better while working within my limitations. I’d recommend this facility and its staff to anyone.

I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy in South Milwaukee. Becky is very welcoming and both Lauren and Bibin are great! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They inspired me to work hard and finish therapy ahead of schedule. I will definitely go back if I ever need more physical therapy!!

I came to see Lauren for pelvic floor treatment after having my second child. My post partum recovery went so much better this time after a few weeks of treatment. Lauren was great during every step of the process and helped challenge and progress me every session. I came in dealing with hip and back pain along with a lot of weakness and finished feeling stronger and pain free!

While recovering from a stress fracture in my leg I was advised to seek out physical therapy. Athletico South Milwaukee was recommended by my doctor. I'm so glad it was! My physical therapist, Bibin Augustine, was outstanding. Not only did Bibin help me make tremendous progress in my sessions he constantly showed support, concern, and care. Extremely personable and highly recommended!

When I first walked into Athletico in South Milwaukee I was very impressed. I greeted with a smile from Becky the receptionist. I was in terrible pain and tears were falling. I met Lauren my therapist and she was so kind and gentle. I had both neck and back problems, I was a mess! She took her time with me and explained everything clearly to me. I have been in therapy numerous times before and NOTHING compares to the care I am receiving here. I am still in therapy and making great progress thanks to Lauren.

Really great facility. Friendly staff. Bibin was my therapist and was really great. He would push me to work harder but also knew when to pull back. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing PT.

I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy in South Milwaukee. This is my second time working with Lauren Kayser and she is absolutely amazing! She helped push me through my rehabilitation after both total knee replacement surgeries. Lauren and her staff are very respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to Lauren if I ever need more physical therapy!
