Does not deliver everything as promise and poor customer service. Make sure they honor what was agreed on delivery otherwise you'll have to spend unnecessary time on unresolved concerns or issues as after sales support is terrible.
When I purchased my 2022 Tracker Targa 18WT in July of 2023, I noticed rust on the circuit breaker. I requested to salesperson Dylan that everything is to working order and rusted cables be replaced. Upon pickup, the circuit breaker and rusted cable were not replaced or even cleaned which was noticed when I brought it home. When I started to install my own battery, the onboard charger did not work. It was caused by corroded due to how the boat was stored prior to purchase. I ended pulling the ignition cable that prevent me from starting the boat while troubleshooting. Dealer figured out the ignition issue for me.
The Bimini top and hardware kit ordered from the dealership and Dylan mentioned that it should arrive when i picked up the boat. He made no mention of it on pickup Took about 2 weeks before it finally arrived and based on the invoice, it was ordered a week after he indicated. The wrong gunnel hardware was sent it and I notified Dylan. Provided pictures and I had suggested bringing the hardware in but he was insistent that I bring the boat in with all the hardware/accessory as apparently it was too complicated to deal with this over email. It didn't make sense as to do this as it's a 3 hours round trip when the dealer had same models on the floor that it can be verified with. After not agreeing on a solution, I reached out to Dowco customer service. Just based on pictures and parts number alone, they determine it was incorrect parts were sent to the dealership so they replaced it. Purchase accessories from Dowco directly as their support is much more reliable and responsive than the dealership.
Another issue was warranty registration. When I purchased my boat/motor, motor qualified for the 5 year warranty and asked Dylan if it can be registered. Almost a year later, I get notices from Mercury marine that it only has a 3 year warranty. Sent Dylan an email and sent 5 request in their contact form/2 phone calls asking for details within a 1 month period before the responsible person could be gotten a hold of. No responses from Dylan or their team. I reached out to Mercury support regarding this and they mentioned that it was suppose to have been done during the time of purchase and the dealership was suppose to provide me paperwork regarding this MPP. With this information and no response to another email request, I finally called. The individual I spoke to indicated that it was a problem getting Ryan to do his job but it was sent over to Ryan so I appreciate his honesty. After 8+ calls all initiate by me within 3 weeks, Ryan finally provided me proof that the 2 warranty extension was submitted which was the certificate number. I called and talk to Mercury customer support and mentioned the dealership provided me this. Mercury told me that the dealership failed to finalize the submission so they applied the certificate number themselves. The warranty reflected immediately. The whole time Ryan was not being consistent as to when it was submitted and insisting it was Mercury. When I asked for proof, he said Mercury will send it to me. When he says he'll call you or email you, he doesn't so you have to make that effort. In total, it took about 2 months after I notified the dealership for this to be resolved. It's disappointing that there wasn't a willingness on Ryan to get this issue resolve with Mercury and I had to do it myself.
You should address the issues your customers bring up instead of pushing it off or seeing them as an annoyance. I suppose that's how customers are treated at the dealership.
If the salesperson tells you are saving money on taxes as a MN resident, they are lying. Upon registering the boat/trailer in the state of MN, you pa

I bought a 1996 Boston Whaler 13 Dauntless from St Croix Marine and Power over 14 Months ago and Ryan the part owner has yet send me my boat registration for it. It gets better. The 1997 Honda BF40 control arm lock nut came off while pulling in to the slip at a dock which would of killed my pregnant wife and our 3 year old daughter if we were up on plane whilst boating on Lake Anna. The control arm rubbed against the stern of the boat which is why the lock nut came off. Also a boat mechanic told me that outboard wasn’t made to fit this boat so I had to pay to have him carve out a notch in the stern. Don’t buy a boat from Ryan!!!

Blair was great everything was ready as promised when we picked up the boat. I fished a couple days later and one of the seats broke. Blair got right on the problem and ordered a new one. It’s came in less than a week and the guys took care of it immediately. Then there was a glitch with the cabela’s gift card and Blair went to work on it again for some reason the dealership had to eat the $500 gift card but they followed through with that right away. I would recommend St. Croix Power and Marine to anyone!!! Thanks guys!!

I have been waiting 15 months for the parts I should have received when I purchased the boat. They don't return calls or respond to emails. Would never purchase from them again. This had nothing to do with covid. These are things that should have been in the boat when it was delivered. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
