“The staff was very friendly and responsive, and there was great communication. The movers were very nice. My only complaint was they wouldn't move 4 or 5 pots of plants in galvanized containers so those got left behind. I really wanted the pots and would have told them to dump out the dirt and plants. I also wasn't expecting that a tip was standard. Sorry, I just spend a large amount of money on a relativitely small amount of stuff. I have never used a mover before. I would recommend this company to anyone moving though. Don't do it yourself!”
“This was my first time ever utilizing a storage unit. I wasn't really expecting much as far as service, since I tend to think of it as self service. I did, however, end up having to call a few times for assistance and everyone I spoke with was very patient and helpful. In addition, the checkout process was extremely convenient and easy. I will definitely be looking to utilize Badger State Storage next time I'm in need!”
