“Walked up to this store from a hotel stay, and absolutely had the best time talking with Matt. He gave me a phenomenal education on the bourbons I sampled. I’ve never had such a great and informative experience. In fact, I returned the next day just for fun and got a kick out of his mandatory taste testing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a shop with great selection of spirits, and a modern kind of “Cheers” vibe where you’ll be remembered and welcomed every time.”
“It's a decent sized local liquor store, where you can pickup what you need. I would prefer if the staff was a little more hands on in offering help in making selections, as I have found that to be a helpful service that I use at many local liquor stores, but was not offered here. Due to that over the years I have continued to shop at other stores over this one.”
“I bought some fathead minnows here for the Wisconsin fishing opener. The minnows were lively and I was able to catch several good sized walleye on the St. Croix River. I'll be back for sure, because I don't know where else to purchase good minnows like this near Stillwater/Hudson Area. I purchased a thirst quenching Coke too.”

“Smaller store but had what I needed. I'm new the neighborhood and my phone had died, and I felt lost not having my phone working and no map to use to get to my new house. I told Clay I was new the area and really happy they have what I love to drink and also needed help getting to where I was going. He was very pleasant and helped me with directions, so I got home successfully.”
“This is a great liquor store and more. They have a great selection of beer, liquor, and mixers. The prices are a bit more than Walmart and not out of line for the covienence of a small tourist town. There are some other random snack items as well. The owner is a veteran and is like most veterans, a little rough around the edges and overall a nice person. The hours here are also amazing. If your in the area and don't want to drive to Hudson check it out!”

“All of the Cub locations have has been good to visit. I have never had a big problem- maybe a grumpy employee here and there but nothing that would result in me not returning. My 5 star rating is because of the customer care when I call for their reward system and app. I have always found that top notch!”

“Always has what I am looking for, which doesn't happen very often. Normally, I have to go to MN to find my cider. They do have the berry flavors of Downeast, I just wish they had more variety of Downeast.”
