Honestly, the best collector-friendly site on the planet. Cheapest worldwide shipping I've ever seen, not to mention EXTREMELY reliable, and their customer service is always available to help with any issues that arise (though they very rarely do). Great selection of figures and collectibles of all sorts, plus, you can pre-order new items soon after announcement and pay later to put them in your "Pile of Loot" which is by far, the best option ever. Have been doing business with them for five years now and will continue to do it for however long I'm able. Recommending BBTS for an all-around exemplary experience!

I was hesitant to order because I had never heard of the company and was wary of placing a purchase. I really wanted Anxiety from Inside out, and this was one of the few places still in stock. I placed my order on 6/9. It was shipped out on 6/12 and I recieved it on 6/15. I'm very happy with my order and was pleased with how fast it shipped out with the $4 flat rate shipping. I also contacted customer service prior and Barb was very fast in replying with an answer. I would order from them again.

This was my first time buying something from this website, and I was a little worried at first from what I have heard about them online, but I’m glad to say it turned out very well for me as a first time customer! It came the day it was estimated to come, and the packaging of the figure I ordered was in practically perfect condition! Maybe you could say it was because I was “lucky”, but I can’t deny having a good experience, and overall, I’d say they are very reliable!

Don't bother with this company. Twice I've had orders that were never delivered and cancelled on their end with no communication. They claim they use FedEx but I never have any other issues with FedEx deliveries.

My go to for all toys and collectibles. BBTs is amazing. And their daily deals are great as well. Just wish they had bettter sales like they used to. For example storm collectibles/mortal kombat. Kano. Wink wink.

This place is the one stop super shop for collectible gear. Their selection is exceptional and ranges collectively around the genre. From my experiences their staff are pleasant, helpful and almost disturbingly knowledgable.
Their items ship quickly and securely due to the " $ 4.00 flat rate" and the always awesome to see on my porch, BBTS logo shipping box.
There are more niche locations for specific collectibles, however none has the volume, service or professionalism of these guys. Their reputation is well deserved.
