Ordered our food at 8:41, was told there would be a five minute wait for the chicken sandwich. After watching eight cars pull through the drive through, I went into the lobby at 9:05 and was told they were bagging my order and it’d be right out. Food finally arrived at 9:25. And icing on the cake, the order was wrong. Order at your own risk, not sure greasy chicken is worth it.

Popeyes just keeps going downhill. The chicken wings in our meals weren't much bigger than a chicken nugget. The food was a little greasy (even for fried food). Also, they really need to bring back the Cajun rice side.

Food was okay. Atleast still warm. But your manager(Heather) who works the drive thru is a nightmare. Well my family and I stood at the counter ordering, all we could hear was how badly she spoke about her employees. I’m sorry but that’s an issue that should be handled elsewhere not infront of customers. If my management treated me this way I’d be calling upper management and having her fired! Please get a manager who actually CARES.

So we spent $66.00 for our family. Customer service was just horrible. The employee threw the coupons on the counter. We waited over 20 min while our boxes were all ready done and customers getting their orders before us. Then she put a chicken sandwich in the bag and it was suppost to be a classic and who knows what kind it was. Went back to dispute this manager was even horrible. We will not be back. Make sure u check your orders before leaving. This isn’t the only time that this has happened. They should close.
