“I came here to get my oil changed on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy and there were only 2 employees working both oil change bays and the emissions bay. You could tell they were overwhelmed and doing their absolute best to help every customer that came in in a timely fashion. They never once showed frustration or irritation with the situation and kept their customer service positive.”
“I reached out to the manager of this store after I experienced a nightmare oil change at the Jackson branch in which they left my oil plug loosened and did not reattach the oil filter guard. Even after returning and having them fix their mistakes they insisted on everything was fixed and good to go. Even after leaving the car was not running properly. I brought it to the West Bend branch and had him look it over, where they found that the oil was filled more than double the maximum in my car. They properly corrected the mistakes of the other branch and reinspected to make sure there were no other issues. Overall very pleased with my West Bend branch experience and appreciate them taking the time with helping me through this.”
“What an absolute amazing experience from start to finish! I initially called to help out one of my son's friends who was having some tire issues and his job is to drive and he lives in Hartford. I spoke with Mitch who was absolutely amazing and made room for us to get the car in today. My son recently passed away and I really wanted to help his best friend get his vehicle fixed. Not only did they get us in, they did it super quick and Eugen who fixed the tires was such a pleasure. I think he's like a tire ninja, super fast and efficient! What an amazing employees to have on your team! Ed also at the desk was so nice and helpful. It is nice to have a wonderful department with such wonderful people in it. Keep up the great job Walmart! My son starts driving soon and every single tire I need replaced and my entire family's tires, I will drive from Wauwatosa to Hartford to have all our tires replaced from now on!
