Staff is pretty good to work with, but you end up having any problems they don't have a customer service line. Witch is quiet frusterating.

I just wanted to say how much we love our bank. We are always greeted by the employees and the branch manager. A month ago we were there around mothers day and my wife got a plant for mothers day. I have been banking with Community bank since October of 2004. Never have I had a bad experience of any kind. I really enjoy the many benefits of having a business relationship with a family owned bank. The tech is easy to use and works great. The Gerber family and employees absolutely care about doing right by their customers!
