I called Norm to gather some information on a used car that his team serviced over 5 years ago, on the off-chance that he could give me some more information on some of the parts installed. Norm spent nearly 30 minutes going through the old servicing folder, and offered for me to send him an e-mail so that he could get any additional information to me. There was really no benefit for Norm here, and his willingness to help out solely for the sake of being helpful is greatly appreciated, and I'm sure is indicative of what someone should expect if they bring their vehicle to Westech. If I didn't live 800 miles away, I would certainly be bringing all my vehicles here.
