“I called Norm to gather some information on a used car that his team serviced over 5 years ago, on the off-chance that he could give me some more information on some of the parts installed. Norm spent nearly 30 minutes going through the old servicing folder, and offered for me to send him an e-mail so that he could get any additional information to me.
