I get calls at least once a day, sometimes multiple times a day, about absolutely nothing. I have no prescriptions ready to be picked up, I have no prescriptions ready to be filled (nor am I signed up for refill reminders), and the voicemails are just silent. Please stop calling me.

Went into the store around 5 PM on a Sunday. Went to purchase a few items and the cashier's both said that they could not break a $100 bill. Not having change for a $100 bill is ridiculous. I know because I worked At Walgreens that there is a safe in the office that has change so they were just being lazy and I'm very disappointed in the service. I will not be coming back for quite some time because this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Wasn't even able to walk out with the items that I needed so you lost a sale. I guess I'm better off going to Walmart because they have everything I need and they always have change.

I came in yesterday and they told me my prescription would be ready at 6pm, so I came back in the evening and they told me it would be ready in the morning. I’m back again at 3pm the next day and it’s still not ready. I need my prescription.

If i could give zero stars i would. I've never been so disrespected as I have by the pharmacy staff here. Each time I've attempted to pick up my prescription the a**holes working this pharmacy are incredibly rude. They allowed me to be skipped in line by 10+ people because they were too lazy to figure out an "insurance issue". Two pharmacy techs laughed at me as I cried about not being able to get my prescription. I have never been so angry and upset by costumer service before in my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Each time I've gone i've waited 30+ minutes for a simple fucking prescription that should cost me $6. Each time they try to tell me my insurance is inactive and i'll need to pay $60. I HATE THIS PHARMACY DO NOT GO THERE.

The online COVID vaccine appointment booking can’t be trusted- they will book you even when they don’t have the shot in stock. We wasted our time thinking we were going to get a booster here and left empty handed. Don’t worry though, they will keep sending appointment reminders for their non existent vaccines. And don’t bother trying to call to ask about the availability- you won’t make it through the queue unless you have some serious time on your hands.

The store staff is always friendly and the pharmacy technicians hands down have provided me the best Walgreens pharmacy experience, out of any Walgreens in the area. Even when these folks are busy-- which is often these days with covid/flu vaccines and covid testing added to the pharmacy's list of services-- they maintain a professionalism that regularly includes a meaningful and accessible level of human engagement. Aka, they are the bomb dot com and I appreciate each and every one of them; so please just be kind, patient, and express some gd gratitude for their services. Thanks!

This is a terrible store. The cashier took forever to get my address and email address correct. Then he claimed that I only had $2 at most in my balance rewards account but after I got my receipt I saw that I actually had $4 so not only was he incompetent he also lied to me. When I called the store and asked to speak to the manager a woman claimed that she was the manager which I highly doubt. When I complained about the cashier she hung up on me. After this treatment I don't see why I shouldn't switch to a different pharmacy.
