“I'm SO happy with Greenfield Auto Body Carstar. They were one of a few preferred service shops that State Farm wanted me to use. I just chose this one because it was close to me. But, I'm so glad I did!!
Mariusz and Mary were so friendly and fantastic. Mariusz took his time to explain everything I needed to know. They even have a screen for me to watch/follow along as they put together the estimate and explained everything.
Very patient and kind individuals.
It took a bit to get my car in the shop (about a week), but the wait was worth it. ? They're clearly busy for a reason.
The repair took about a week and a half - again, worth the wait. And I know some of that is waiting for parts to come in.
Not sure if its their own policy or a perk through my insurance, but they have a lifetime warranty on all of the work that they did to my car.
They also detailed my car before giving it back to me - above and beyond. It feels brand new and the car looks amazing.
