This gas station under new ownership went from awesome to awful. It’s filthy. There is NEVER fluid in the bins to clean your windshield. Garbage is overflowing. Skip this one.

I don't want to hurt their ratings with a lower star rating, but it really sucks that there's no longer free air. I know a lot of people who only came here for that. This won't be my go to gas station anymore unfortunately.75 cents and I wasn't able to get all 4 tires filled in time.

It’s about time they close the service department they couldn’t fix cars for the last couple of years any out without taking weeks or months should’ve went out of business altogether my understanding they moved the repair center

Rude people. Still have a giant sign up that says that are a DOT approved emissions location but hung up on me when I called to ask about it. Take your sign down if you don't offer it!

I am a bus driver. During this pandemic many gas stations have refused us service. But not Shorewood Mobile. I appreciate the kindness of letting us drivers patronize their facilities. So in turn, I usually make a purchase to show support! I stopped to use the facilities and the ONE time I am pressed for time and didn't purchase the owner comes from the back as I was leaving and said since they were kind enough to let me use the bathroom he would appreciate me buying something too in order to pay for the water and lights that I just used! REALLY??? I did make a purchase and exited the store. And he didn't say thank you! Wow!!!

Boycott this place. They're still pulling that "full service" scam charging 50 cents MORE per gallon on certain pumps. Realized the higher charge while fueling and then saw the sign on the pump. Fine, buyer beware, but when I asked the guy inside why nobody came out to "fully sevice" my car he grunted "oh, I didn't see you" - he was sitting behind the counter IN FRONT OF A GIANT WINDOW! He added "I'm not refunding your money". Reading other reviews here, this is an ongoing REGULAR shady buisness practice of theirs. Avoid this place!

Made an appt for emissions testing. Went there on the date and time and went inside to let them know I was here. Lady says “we don’t do emissions testing anymore”. I asked why they took the appointment. No answer. Says that it says they don’t do emissions testing on their website. Not true it’s right there. Not sure what’s going on there but it sure isn’t customer service!

I inquired about service assistance to the woman at the register who was incredibly rude (and not wearing a mask). I left and drove to Riverside Auto on Oakland...where everyone was kind, helpful and all wearing masks appropriately.
