“My partner and I brought our engagement ring here to be resized. He did not buy the ring here but from the moment we walked in, we were treated with utmost kindness and respect by Ryan and the team. We were offered some waters, a place to sit, we were encouraged to talk about our ring and our wedding plans. Ryan was very thorough in making sure that because my ring band is unique in shape/pattern, resizing it wouldn't cause a problem. Together with their jewelsmith, they looked very carefully and assured me that they can resize the ring correctly and to my preferred tightness level. They quoted us a week and we got a notice a few days later that it would be ready for pickup the following Monday. We were greeted and recognized by Ryan as soon as we walked in to pick it up and when I inspected the ring, it was excellent! I had to tell them, I was so nervous about it but it turned out great. I did not catch the name of their jewelsmith but I got to say thank-you to her personally as she came out to let us know she enjoyed working on the ring. We appreciate so much the effort it took to mimic the band style, size down to a perfect O shape and have everything done on time. We appreciate the friendliness and respect we were treated with. I recommend this location to anyone considering a jewel purchase for any special occasion. Thanks again from Elsa&Matt.”

“With the price of gold as high as it is, I brought some old jewelry here to sell. The gentleman is as honest and fair and genuinely pleasant as all the other reviewers say. This was a great experience. Some jewelry had a little bit of sentimental value (although the $ value outweighed that). This gentleman is friendly and kind. He explained everything about what I had, what it is worth retail, what he will do with it, etc. I know he gave me the highest price of any other dealer in the Racine-Milwaukee area. It was nearly an hour drive and totally worth it. You can't do better than doing business here.”

“There is a fair amount of anxiety and stress that comes when opting to redesign a beautiful family heirloom with 100 or so years of history. Will it mean as much? How do we honor the original while making it more us? Who can we trust to do this work?
For us, the answer was Amy. One conversation with her about what our hope and vision was, and she shared an absolutely gorgeous (and perfect) design that capture exactly what we had been hoping to achieve.

“Access Boutique is a cute store located on the Main Street in the Third Ward. Jim the owner was so nice on helping us find things that we would like. They were having a sale and we found some really nice purses, a large travel bag and a colorful scarf. 2 of the bags we purchased had a 2nd smaller bag inside! Fabrics and materials of all the items we saw were of pretty good quality. Prices were very fair and reasonable.The store is very nicely decorated. They have plenty of room for ease in picking things up to touch and try out. Definite store to re-visit again for more bargains!”
