Great customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes here today. I needed to go up half a size and I was able to exchange them. I have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes from here and it's always a great experience.

Let me give you full a overview of this company. Ok so they post ads on facebook. I placed a $300 order and wait weeks and never hear anything from them. I try calling the phone #on their website and it’s always closed. I ended up having to do some extensive detective work to find the actual owner of the store, who then told me that the items I ordered were not in stock. He told me that he sent me a refund and sent me a refund receipt. However, it never went back to my American Express card. I contacted him numerous times he did respond saying that the refund processed. My credit card kept saying it hadn't. Long story short I had to put in a dispute. Just don’t even purchase from the store. NOT TO MENTION THE ITEMS THAT HE TOLD ME WERE OUT OF STOCK WERE STILL LISTED ON FACEBOOK ADS. SO SOME ONE ELSE WILL RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM. I made the owner aware of this and they’re still on there today.

I ordered from them and they didn't send me anything, only accepted money through Sezzle. Sezzle is just a processing center. They will withdraw money from your bank even if retail is problematic, etc. So I didn't get anything. They just don't match the reputation of the area or maybe take advantage of it (the area they are in). They have been ignoring my calls and emails for weeks, Why is that? I'm white and I don't bite. so I contacted my bank. I should have contacted my bank immediately after I became suspicious of the retailer. My bank took care of the rest to get my money back.

Wouldn’t want anyone going here. I stopped in at noon on a Tuesday and the guy sitting talking on his phone literally yelled at me that they were closed the second I opened the door. I have no idea why. Im all for small businesses. Definitely not this one.

I got a Instagram DM message from them Thursday night stating I was picked to purchase latest Yeezy boost 350 carbon size 12. They requested my full name & email & I responded fairly quickly. It stated they would send an invoice & must be paid in 1 hr after receiving or I forfeit. They never sent me an invoice. I replied several times Thurs & Fri & with screenshots & I could see (seen) on the screen & even emailed their AOL address. Their instagram page was inaccurate anyways saying DM on Friday 3rd(2nd) they just straight up ignored me & I'm a lifetime Milwaukee local, bad business practices. Probably just sold my pair to a cousin or acquaintance I'm guessing!? They just lost my money and a customer for life. I spend bookoo $ on shoes at all the big name stores & international shoe botiques weekly/monthly & win alot of their raffles and get discounts too. Definitely will never shop here. I'd say go elsewhere unless maybe you're "connected" back door with them.
