The owners, Larry and Tracey, are described as friendly, informative, and extremely efficient in assisting guests. Customers highly recommend Dragonfly Paddlers for a relaxing day "hugged with nature," with the river being very calm, quiet, and easy to navigate, even for beginners. Shuttle hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–3 PM, and guests are welcome to stay on the water and paddle until 6 PM.
