This place sucks. I've been in Sherwood for about 4 years now. Everytime I try to use this place there is a problem. Its either not enough soap. Only half the water works. The fricken bill collector doesn't work. The credit card swiper doesn't work. Fix your equipment or shut it down. If Russia is to strike us ever I hope this is the first place to go. 5-19-22 update. Place is still a hole. Sell it someone who can do good or level it to a parking lot.

If you use the touch free wash it will not dry your car it literally don't turn on and it half sprays on the pressure wash

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!I'd like to rate a zero, but it won't let you post less than a 1 star. Soap left on vehicle and the dryer never turned on. It's below freezing outside and we have a soaking wet car with soap on it. If there's any damage done to our vehicle, you better believe we will be contacting our lawyer. Tried to call the phone number listed and it doesn't work at all, clearly intentional by the owner/operator!PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!

Today I paid for a wash and the door opened, green light indicating "drive forward" flashed. I pulled in, and instantly the machine shut down and all lights turned off. The exit garage door closed and I had to get out and press the emergency open button. Absolutely ridiculous. This is at least the 3rd time this place has malfunctioned and I had to make credit card disputes to get my money back because no one answers the phone number posted on the building. Avoid this place at all costs.

Two weeks ago, the dryer turned off and the door closed, not registering my vehicle in the exit. I was forced to back inside and then locked inside while someone else washed their truck. I did not get a dry either. Can we please get this place fixed?
