The tellers are always very friendly and helpful. My personal banker there is great. I would not recommend coming here to get a mortgage. I spent a couple weeks leaving voicemails for the mortgage specialist to call me back and left messages with other employes to have her call me and she never did. I ended up working with a mortgage specialist from a Green Bay location and closed on a house in less than 8 weeks after my initial attempt to contact the mortgage specialist at this sheboygan location, and less than 6 weeks after first contact with the specialist from Green Bay.
