Really nice employees here but the hours are terrible. They used to be opened more but now they aren't open at all on weekends. Only 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, which everyone is at work during those times so not very helpful. Like I said the people working there are always friendly and helpful when I go in, but the limited hours are just unfortunate.

Closed their drive thru. Not sure why. Now, instead of being able to make convenient deposits from my vehicle in less than a 5 minute drive from my home, I have to drive 15 minutes to the Calumet WF. They closed the drive thru on 6th St too. So frustrating. If I wanted to be limited to using a single location, I would have chosen a credit union.

Where to start...I was scammed anf needed to first bring down on line banking.The branch on Wilson told me my written checks that were sent out would not go thru and could not use your atm card at Wells Fargo. Both statements are false. I asked this branch to check my account and make sure it was off line. They are or was not aware at the time that they do not have that information at the branch.I was very concerned and asked if I could use a phone to call their fraud department They said no! I asked if they would call their fraud department, twice and manager said no!!I will only step into this branch to save my life...no other reason.

This West Fargo location is slow. You can expect to spend at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru even when there is no other customers in the line. The drive-thru will cause your car to bottom out when entering from Wilson Avenue.

Drive-thru is a joke, one teller for the three lanes. Rude tellers. I am starting to really hate Wells Fargo.

The ladies here are always so friendly and help you the way ANYONE with customer service experience should (and I work at McDonalds). Always great smiles!!!! Keep it up ladies!!!!!
