If you plan on going to their pharmacy get ready for some bad costumer service. I understand being understaffed and being stretched thin. However every time I've come in I'm greeted with workers who clearly don't want to be there and CLEARLY don't want to see you.

I went made a trip to our nearest Walgreens on Calumet to quickly pick up a couple sympathy cards. The selection of Hallmarks cards was very poor....For sympathy cards, the only one's available were for loss of spouse, loss of husband, wife and loss of pet.....no others! The clerk working, (his name was Hunter) had an attitude like --"not my problem"...... I then noticed he had a white stem which looked like he had a Tootsie Roll pop hanging from his mouth. I asked him what it was. He said, It's a dental flosser". I said to him you should be flossing your teeth in a restroom, not while waiting on customers!! Unbelievable! I know employees may be difficult to find---but have some pride in the people hired Walgreens!

Walgreens Sheboygan has gone from the top to the bottom of the heap. 24 hrs is not 24 hours. No weekend hours. No pharmacist on duty for lunch hours. No availability of drugs at this location when you come. Can you come back in 20 or 30 minutes. It's time to see some major closures and only operate where you can service the customer.

The worst. They make mistakes that could seriously screw up someone's life. One day, they randomly did not bill my insurance for a prescription. No one among the multiple employees who would've had to work with that prescription noticed the mistake. Then, they never told me the dollar amount when I went through the drive through -- just asked for my ID, then casually charged me almost $500 for a bottle of pills without mentioning a thing. I've had a $10 copay for a month's supply for several years, so I thought nothing of it, only to find the charge hunting through my bank account trying to figure out where all my money went. The pharmacy admitted it was all their fault, but for some unknown bureaucratic reason, they state it takes 12 WEEKS to get your money back. Yes, 12 weeks for a little bit of paperwork. That's almost 3 months. That's enough time for someone living paycheck to paycheck to run out of food, get evicted, fall behind on their bills... In my case, Ino longer can afford the oven I was about to buy, so I haven't been able to cook for a month. It's completely inexcusable. There is NO reason for this barrier to exist, except so that Walgreens is more likely to end up keeping money that isn't theirs. To be clear, I am not blaming the individual employees, but the store and corporate management that refuses to staff the location properly and treat their customers in an ethical manner. If it's this easy for multiple people to make a mistake, it's only a matter of time before they screw up your medication and do some serious damage to your health. Take your business elsewhere.A**holes.

Store says they are open until 10 every day. Got there at 6pm today and the workers are locking up saying they're closed. Walgreens could at the very least update their hours online.

I would never recommend the pharmacy. I would call about my pain pills and be told I can get them on aa given date then when I go there on that date I’m told to come back the next day. This has now happened several months so I’ve been counting the days from when I pick up the for 30 days, and guess what?, it seems I don’t know how to count to 30 according to Walgreens.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy department. After multiple phone calls confirming availability of shots, was told in person that said shots were unavailable.
