I've had several mattress from Verlo. I love that they will pick it up and take it back to do any adjustments to it. My delivery guys were great, nice and helpful.

Troy was fantastic to work with and answered all my questions, even when I called a few times about how to pick up my online order. He graciously stayed after business hours so that my husband could pick up our mattress right after he got off work. Troy even helped him load it into our car. Fantastic service!

You know it's hard to believe that a mattress company that builds mattresses can build two twin xl mattresses that give two different people ( my wife and I ) back pain , hip pain and leg pain at the same timeSo all I can think of is either these people in Manitowoc that are building mattresses are not building them right or they must be using bad materials to build the mattresses or maybe taking shortcuts on parts , What are the odds that two twin mattresses give that kind of performance ? So first adjustment free , that failed , second adjustment cost me 212 dollars , that one did not last either , still ended up with back , hip and leg pain , so now they want 800 dollars for an adjustment, which I will not do. It's a scam folks I would not recommend Verlo of Sheboygan And then we are both ok when I put a topper on them ? Something is going on with verlo in Manitowoc That would be the only conclusion And if that's not it , why is Verlo selling mattresses that do this ? The guy I talked to yesterday was a real bad He hung up on me after talking for about 5 minutes and then called me back and did everything a salesman would say to tell me I was in the wrong and how he wished I never came in to buy a mattress and should of bought a name brand mattress instead and said the bbb sided with him and nothing else will be done Which bbb does not do that So I think something is wrong with that guy and he should not be running or managing any kind of store My wife was listening to our conversation and also thought he was a nut case With all his , what if stories So I guess all I can do in Sheboygan and Manitowoc is when someone is talking about getting a good night sleep is to buy from some other company Joe

Definitely enjoyed the customer service and the mattress we got! Scott was amazing in helping my girlfriend and I find the mattress for our budget, and even included pillows, box spring, and a frame with reduced prices that sold our decision. So far we’ve had no issues with our mattress, therefore it’s good to say it was worth it!

I am blown away by the customer service at Verlo in Sheboygan! We did not feel rushed or pressured at all! The sales man we worked with was amazing (I believe his name was JoJo?) Will always buy our beds here from now on! Great store!

Purchased a beautiful mattress with a convertible base 5 years ago. Lost the Bluetooth connection with the remote. We called Verlo and they were able to sneak us in the same day. So happy to say that there is still a company that values good service. This was our 4th purchase from Verlo. For quality and service, you can't beat Verlo.

The workers/delivery crew people were awesome. They went above and beyond what they needed to. Outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They cut a rug for me to put under my bed so I wouldnt scratch the floor. The price the gave me for delivery which was 2 and a half hours away from Sheboygan was low. (May have been the wrong price, but they stuck by it and honored it.) Overall I recommend Sheboygan Verlo to everyone. 5 Stars

We walked in with an idea of what we wanted. Tim, who was beyond great, showed us many options and truly helped us to learn what we truly wanted/needed in a mattress. We can't say it enough about how wonderful this experience was with Tim. He explained all the options, in great detail and truly helped us and guided us to what we wanted. We left purchasing a mattress set up that we didn't think we were going to be interested in. We were so glad he took the time to focus on ours desires. We are so excited to lay and sleep in our new mattress!!! The pillows there are also exceptional! Verlo, especially Tim, have the epitome of fantastic customer service. Such a kind nice person, who has great knowledge on their great products! Thank you Verlo and THANK YOU TIM!!!

I did my research online and had narrowed in on a Verlo mattress. The two elderly customers in front of us were wearing masks, but I noticed the salesman speaking with them wasn't. Once they left, it was our turn with the salesman who introduced himself as Tim.I gently asked him where his mask was. Tim quipped something about an exemption for people "giving presentations". He went on to add that he didn't even have one, so he couldn't and wouldn't be putting one on. He then proposed that we "do this over the phone" if I preferred.My preference would be that a salesman I'm going to spend the next 30 minutes in a small store with, and who's dealing with the public on a daily basis, would just simply wear as mask. Even if he didn't believe in its ability to limit the spread of the virus, the small gesture would go a long way in showing respect and solidarity with his fellow citizens and customers.I didn't see any unmasked sales staff or customers in the four mattress & furniture stores I visited afterwards, and where I ultimately purchased a new queen sized mattress, box-spring, frame and headboard.It says a lot about a person's character when they can't be bothered to take a low effort deed for the betterment of humanity and they refuse to wear a mask when dealing with the public and potential customers.

Purchased a new mattress from this store. While we like the mattress the Customer Service after delivery is lacking. The day we purchased our mattress we were asked if we'd like to purchase a mattress protector. My husband and I said we were planning to purchase one but that we only use completely enclosed ones to prevent dust mites, etc. The Manager of this store asked if we needed one to protect from bed bugs and and we said no that we just wanted it completely enclosed as the mattress to protect from dust mites, etc. He was happy at that as he did not offer one for bed bug protection. He also did not have one to sell us on the spot, maybe because it was only a twin, but told us about it's waterproof features, etc. so we agreed and said he'd bring it with the delivery. As we started to open the pkg. to put it on the new mattress we found that it was not completely enclosed but one that just slips over the mattress top with the sheer sides. I tried to return it to the store but the Manager there that sold it to us claimed "he no could do" because of Covid and that he had explained that at point-of-sale. We did understood that at purchase, however, we also did not get what we asked for and now we are out our money plus the extra $$$ to replace it. He did offer to credit us the dollars towards a special order one but it was 3x the cost of what we could purchase online. His response to me was," well its not our quality - you know I could give you a plastic bag to use as well". FYI - the one online which we ended up purchasing is of great quality and we don't buy on the cheap. The Manager/Pres. also claimed he showed us what it would look like before purchase, however, if that were true we would have never purchased it knowing that it was not the style we planned to purchased in the first place. I've owned businesses myself over my lifetime before retirement and this certainly was not a positive customer service experience and would never have treated a customer of mine like this.....beware of what you buy here and make sure you see exactly what you are purchasing. Hopefully we never need their customer service on the mattress in the future. If Management decides to change their decision on return/refund I'd be happy to amend my review. I've never written up a poor review before but the way this was handled is not acceptable.

Walked in was greeted told Tim what we were looking for a futon mattress they gave us a discount since we have bought their before, explained everything said it would be in about 2weeks and free delivery
