Dani was super wonderful and deserves a promotion. She sat with me and walked me through everything step by step so I wouldn’t leave with any questions. She is super personal and very enthusiastic and I will be a customer for life. Five stars isn’t enough!!

Sarah was AMAZING. There were multiple people in the store and she was extremely patient with all of us. She had a great sense of humor and was able to talk me through various things without being condescending. Best experience at a cell phone retailer that I’ve ever had.

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at the store today. The customer service was out of this world! I’ve never seen anyone behind the counter work as hard as she did. Sarah problem solved and made sure she could resolve every issue she could to the best of her ability. I was 100% impressed and I have already told a few people about how great the experience was.
