After 28 yrs with US Cellular and watching them always give deals to new customers I switched to T-Mobile paying 1/2 the price and actually better service@@

I was having so many issues with my phone. I thought I'd have to get New phone. I have been a customer for many years but I think the service I got today was the best ever. Emily VanDerPuy was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and polite and got everything fixed in no time. I will ask for her from now on.

Kenzie was absolutely phenomenal! Very well knowledgeable and had 10/10 customer service. We were pleased to work with Kenzie & look forward to it in the future :)
