“Just got my alignment done since I had to change a tie rod. This guy does amazing work! Before I came to this shop, I went to two different shops, both shops did a alignment on my car and it never felt right. Also they couldn't find anything wrong, but I kept hearing a sound up front while driving. He looked and found the sway bar links needed to be changed. I will definitely be coming back in the future ?”

“Excellent service today at Firestone. I just moved to Sheboygan from Cincinnati this week and somehow picked up a huge piece of metal in my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross that I bought less than a year ago. I called to verify and went to the local dealership first with concerns of voiding the warranty. I sat there for an hour before they told me I could not be helped today. When I got to Firestone, I was stressed and Sarah took care of me right away. Did o mention that this was the day before Independence Day? They were slammed and still took excellent care of me.
