Helpful and knowledgeable staff of people. My friend was looking to buy a certain phone....one of the new models, but interestingly the model was on the display but the store didn't have any of the phones and had to special order a phone. The sale was lost instantly as my friend walked out of the door with no phone, never to return. Not sure about the management philosophy to not have available new products and allow business walk out the door.

My dad was getting his first mobile phone this evening. I looked around online at various cellphone providers to come up with the best plan for him. I decided to check out T-Mobile. I have to say Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I know good customer service when I receive it, as I work in retail myself. Stephanie was very helpful and patient. I am really happy with the phone my dad got and the plan. Stephanie thank you so much. I'm considering switching to T-Mobile myself after receiving such good service.

Went to get a new phone because my old one was going to be obsolete. Lindsay was the BEST! She took her time despite being very busy. For me this technology is just a tool, for her, (and the rest of the crew), it's a way of life! Well done and VERY appreciated.

I just switched to T-Mobiles home internet. In the last 5 years I have had now 4 different Internet providers. This one is hands down the fastest. 5x the speeds of Spectrum. It was also the EASIEST internet I have purchased and set up. I was in and out of the T-mobile store in under 20 minutes. Once I got home I had it set up and working in less than 30 minutes. My speeds are insane. Up to 600 download if I have it right by a window. I have it on a coffee table next to the window and I get 250-350 download. With Spectrum I was getting 85 download. This is the best internet I have ever had.

I received excellent help from the 2 young ladies Sunday AM. My A21 Galaxy phone somehow locked up with the day light saving time change and they fixed it in a few minutes...Thanks Ladies

TERRIBLE SERVICE IN SHEBOYGAN. I get NO service in over 80% of the city. Not south side past acuity, not between Lutheran and festival, not by the beach, not even at my own HOUSE. Many times I try to make a call and it just clicks it won’t even connect it to ring. Their service got even worse after buying out sprint and I didn’t think that was possible. We are SWITCHING

I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 years. The have recently merged with T-Mobile. I have had nothing but HORRIBLE customer service since the merge. It was time to add additional line to my account. When I was in store I was told that I could add a 3rd line for free. I agreed (even though the free line would not be needed for a few years). Now my bill comes and I am charged for the line. So...I chat with Sprint/T-mobile and am told multiple times that it will be taken care of and that the promotion will be applied. When I chat again today I am not told that my line does not qualify for the free promotion and I will be charged $40/month. This is so wrong, as I would not have gotten the line had I know I had to pay. They rope customers in to purchasing something and then screw them over. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business. I hope to prevent someone else from being put through this situation.

Went in for a simple Sim card switch and 2 hours later walked out with 4 phones that can't even call each other. I can't call my husband or kids and they can't call me but we can call everyone else in the world. How useless. Was told to keep trying every hour and see if the service is restored.
