I went to get my emissions test done and while I was there I asked if they could check the air pressure in my tires. The did and one tire was really low so they said they wanted to check for a nail. Sure enough, there was a nail. Then they offered to plug it. They didn't charge me anything! They were so patient and generous. Amazing job guys! Excellent customer service is so rare and so very much appreciated.! Thank you!

First time going to the new place, was a little confusing in the parking lot, but was pleased there was a customer lounge, and they pull your car into the bay for you now, which is amazing. I always had anxiety about pulling up over the bay, as silly as that is. Sat and did some homework while watching people make horrible decisions on Deal or No Deal on the TV in the lounge. The lounge has complimentary beverages, and is quiet and air conditioned. Staff was friendly. Was in and out in no time with an oil change, tire rotation, and a car wash.

The opposite of quick, waited an hour to get car in and took another 45 minutes for the oil change after that. They have three bays and yet only one bay was open, yet they had at least four guys "working." How many people does it take to do an oil change? Watched three of them kicking around something on the ground to each other, playing their own version of soccer in one of the open bays. Hey, whatever, have a good time, but I got things to do so not coming back here again.

Had a minor issue last time (new building was opened for 2 weeks) and mentioned it on my most recent visit today. The Manager came and talked to me, then insisted on a free oil change and tire rotation even though I didn't want it. Never had a problem before, always great service.

First ever experience at a "quick" lube. The emissions test was smooth, so I figured I'd pop in for an oil change while I was there. My oil change took an HOUR. They tried getting me to pay for a bunch of things I didn't want. Paid $83 for a synthetic BLEND. Never again. (New building)

Long HOUR wait time it’s a deception to the name Quick Lube, it’s a mess worse place for oil change to go in Sheboygan they gave priority to another person line, so I decided to go to another place

No longer a quick lube process. Sat in line for over an hour with only one garage open being used. Called to check if other two would open and was told they were on break. Should only be a few minutes. Wait another 10 minutes still no one. Trapped in line and can’t get out, don’t recommend using them.
