Would not buy carpet or lvp anywhere else. Installed carpet in former condo last year. Ryan came over with samples and provided quick reasonable quote. Brooke and Colton did very meticulous and professional installation. We wanted an additional threshold installed and Ryan came over and installed.Installed lvp in new condo. Brooke and Colton again did beautiful work. The lvp we had selected was delivered from manufacturer and was defective. Ryan immediately had new similar samples delivered to me and sent other photos of lvp in stock. Selected different lvp which was more expensive and owner honored original lower cost.We did not want to drive to store and Ryan made sure we did not have to.

Extremely disappointed! Requested an estimate to tile the master bathroom. They showed up as scheduled to do the measurements and I am still waiting for the quote more than 2 months later. I have called several times and they say they will get back to me in a day or two. I even said if they didn't want the job to just tell me. They had done the carpet, hardwood & tile in all the other rooms in our house with no issues. Obviously, they don't value my business so I will have to take it elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful. The owner came right over to our home to measure, no waiting around. Ordered our carpeting the same day for our entire home. Then several weeks later we went back and picked our vinyl flooring for the rest of the house. Installation begins on 7/19.

I have had these workers come to my home a few times. I had an emergency and the owner Lyle went way beyond and had a wonderful man come out in one day to put carpet in after I had a very bad experience with Home Depot. They did our livingroom carpet and kitchen flooring a few years ago. I have had the best of service from this company.

Great prices. Bought vinyl planks and carpet. I had them install carpet in two houses. Even had them patch some carpet I needed patched. Looks great. Professional, friendly and timely at a great price.

Overall a good experience but now after some time we have noticed that our livingroom carpet purchased from there has a LINE running through the whole carpet. A friend told us this is because it was 2 pieces seamed together and the seam line shows. It is in a very noticeable area. Such a shame and the room is only 20ish by 12 feet. Really shouldn't have been seamed for what we paid and we certainly were never told this would be done. Probably wont again.

We had the entire flooring system replaced. In three days they were tidy, efficient, polite, and aware of appearance in making the home look brand new. Cannot say enough quality remarks. Excellent communication of what was going on each day and helpful when some pieces of furniture were to massive to move. Overall a very positive and professional encounter.

We had 3 rooms carpeted. Carpeting ok, paid for the best pad. Not that great! Old carpet pad was 20 yrs. Old and was better. They scratched up our walls and wood work. Was told it was because it was painted the day before. When had the last carpet put in. We painted the day before. And No damage from macco's They just gave us excuse after excuse. After $2600. And just excuses from them. I ll Never go to this place again. Word of mouth travels fast!
