Great experience. Got me in the Jeep I wanted within the price range I set. No haggling, smooth n easy process. Can't remember the finance people's names but along with Landyn, sales rep, they were all friendly, informative and made things easy.

Called to set up appt. Needed oil changed, new tires and cold air intake installed. Woman who I spoke to was nice, told me there would be no issues, and we got appt set up. Day of appt, I arrive at dealership, meet service staff, review work to be done and once again am reassured by staff at Sheboygan CDJR that there will be no issues. The only communication I receive is that my truck is finished, but they were unable to install my cold air intake. I was told in a voicemail that they do not install aftermarket parts to motor, but that everything else was finished.
Shouldn’t that be a pretty common thing to know when you work at a car dealership service center???
Shouldn’t I have received a call prior to any work being completed on my vehicle once they realized they weren’t going to be able to complete the entire job??
Extremely frustrating, and pretty backwards to be honest. So I’m out $1400 for work that I could have had done cheaper, and for tires that I really don’t even like on my vehicle, but they were some of the only ones in stock… I am here for work so was hoping to find some reliability behind the CDJR logo for my services but unfortunately I will be taking my future services elsewhere.

Paid $430 to get some codes fixed, after it being in the there for multiple days they returned it said that it was fixed. Drove it back just for the codes to flash I do not recommend their services department the sales manager (bald guy) all he cared about was the dealership “Reputation” that’s all that he constantly said after every sentence when I complained that I wasn’t happy with the service done to my car.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DIESEL HERE TO GET SERVICED
I took my Ram here to get a glow plug replaced, I received an estimate for $450 for one glow plug. They called me the next day saying they broke the glow plug trying to remove it. Now they wanted to charge me $8,000 for it. Ended up paying about $5,000 since the manager was "nice enough" to lower his prices but I still ended up waiting 2.5 months to get my truck back. Was not offered a loaner either. Drove fine for about 2 months after I got it back till the rear main oil seal needed to be replaced. 8/15 I dropped my truck off and I asked if the engine was still good numerous times, they told me yes. Next thing you know on 10/11 almost two months of having my truck, the manager calls me telling me I need a new engine. He tried charging me a couple hundred more than the original estimate for some extra work that I never asked for. Either way still ended up paying $1300 for a useless job since my truck's engine was locked. Was not offered a loaner vehicle a single time once again and there is no reason for them to keep my truck that long when I was told it was a "6.5 hour job". Terrible communication every single time. Find any other place to take your vehicles!

LIARS….Bought a jeep from them and was promised free car washes however, over a year ago went to get my car wash done and they said the car wash will be shut down for at least nine months. Continued to contact them to see if finished and continued to say no not yet. Then when they were done with it they said I can no longer get free car washes and that I would have to get my vehicle serviced in order to receive a free car wash. They are complete liars here, show poor customer loyalty and satisfaction. Just shows they are out for your money and that’s it. At least Van Horn sticks to their promise with free oil changes. Will not refer family and friends to them in the future.
