I was able to "build" the Buick with the features I wanted on the website. Like magic Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick had just what I wanted. Everyone was very pleasant to work with.

Just in for an oil change and rotation. No wait, first time ever!! In and out fast but they were still doing everything and even found a nail/screw in my tire. The guys do an outstanding job!! Oil Change Manager is always out in the shop area supervising!!!

This dealership has a nice selection of cars but if your looking for a car be prepared to be there a while . Don't know why but they take a long time with everything needed in the car buying process.

Great people who I bugged like crazy and they never flinched. Listen and did what they could to be available and to get any questions I had answered. Even if it wasn’t what I wanted to here. I think it was a win win and that’s all you can ask for. Everyone I worked with was vary nice and enjoyed talking with them. Ask for Greg and he’ll help you get the car or truck you love.

Never used the certified service area before but my car had a recall on it and they said they provided a shuttle service so I could get back to work. The guy I was working with was nice but he said it would only be about a 15 minute wait… 30 minutes passed and my time I allocated to be gone for from work was coming up. There was a woman in the waiting room with me who I was there before and she was escorted to I’m assuming the shuttle but no one ever came to get me. I waited long enough and ended up having to just get an Uber to get back to work. Not pleased with this place as when we were buying a new car a few months ago we were not given the best service either which is why we had to go to another dealership in Milwaukee to buy the car we were looking for.
