I worked with Jamez Sternard to purchase my latest used vehicle and it was a great purchase experience. I have bought a number of vehicles in my day, and Jamez and the team at Van Horn did a great job listening to my needs, and getting a price and financing that met my requirements. As a whole, I appreciate that they are very transparent on out the door pricing. There is no bait and switch here, which is the case with many used car dealers. Jess was a tremendous help purchasing a vehicle because she took time even outside of her work hours to give me knowledge I was looking for when it came into trading in our vehicle. We had an uncomfortable situation with another salesman that tried to take us as a sale when we went to test drive what we were interested in even though I had stated we have been working with Jess numerous times. When we decided which car we wanted she asked me if she should go in today or if I wanted to wait until her scheduled hours the next day. She was generous enough to come on her day off to allow us to make the deal with her because it was our only day we had time to sit for the paperwork etc. we are very happy with the purchase and will know to look here if we happen to be in the market again for another vehicle.

Excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Jess. I was coming from out of town on very short notice and she was able to facilitate gathering all necessary information to expedite the transaction once I arrived. When looking at Jettas, Jamez was super helpful and made it a quick and easy buying experience. Jamez knew I was looking at Jetta's for a while and he made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend Jamez and the whole Van Horn Nissan team. Van Horn has given me by far the best buying experience. I love my new Jetta!!

I must be honest, I was hesitant to purchase, or even look at, vehicles at a Van Horn dealership because of past experiences. I can tell you with complete honesty that any and all hesitation was thrown out the window because of Jess (my salesperson) and Van Horn Nissan of Sheboygan. One word could describe my experience this time...AMAZING!! If you go in, ask for Jess, she will NOT steer you wrong or put on heavy sales pressure. She really knows what she is talking about. I received a phone call a few days after the sale from the finance department telling me that they found additional savings after the fact, which to me is unheard of that a place would want to SAVE you more money. Now, to see if the service department can live up the outstanding performance of the sales department. Way to go Van Horn Nissan of Sheboygan!! You regained my trust and confidence in Van Horn dealerships. I would recommend Van Horn Nissan of Sheboygan to anyone looking for a new car.

When looking at couple of cars Jessica was super helpful, and upfront about everything, which we appreciated quite a bit! She answered all our questions and took time to reach out during the day to see if we needed any help or just to check up! While also responding in a timely manner.

I brought my elderly parents in to find a new car and was extremely happy with how we were treated. Jamez was our salesperson and he was courteous, personable, and quite patient with the entire process. We were treated well by everyone there. This is our second time getting a vehicle from Van Horn and it’s been great both times. Highly recommend!

I reached out Robert on June 8th to inquire about a 2022 Tahoe at Van Horn in Sheboygan. Robert got right back to me and provided all the info on the truck and did a great job following up with answers to all my questions. He sent me video footage of the truck to point out all the imperfections as I was out of town and would be purchasing the vehicle site unseen. OnJune 14th, I decided to purchase the vehicle, and sent Robert and his team payment for the amount. I’ve never purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person and test driving it so obviously was nervous to do so. However Robert and Clarissa, the finance manager, stayed in constant contact with me every single day until the vehicle was delivered to me. Robert also followed up after the delivery to make sure the truck was good and everything went smoothly - which it did! The vehicle showed up exactly how they described (if not better) and was clean with a fresh oil change! I would 100% buy another vehicle from Robert and would recommend him and Clarissa to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Outstanding job guys!
