Prices are alright. But, no obvious signage as to what was on sale. Just "great savings" or something like that. This was on Black Friday.

Horrific waits in line. One person on register. Full lines backed up. No one called up for assistance. In line for 20 mins.

I was having a fun time shopping but it all got ruined by a rude employee by the name of Monica. I was with my two younger sisters and I was trying to decide what size I wanted a certain sweater in when all of a sudden Monica stood behind me for a long time. I felt so awkward that I turned to face her to see if I was in her way. As soon as I looked at her she yelled at me in a loud and angry voice "IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO BUY THOSE THEN PUT THEM BACK!" My sisters and I were so shocked because we didn't do anything wrong. It was so unexpected that it honestly made us laugh. I simply told her "I am going to try these on". She then proceeded to repeat the same thing in the same rude tone. I didn't want to argue with her so being the bigger person, I took the two sweaters with me and went to try them on in the fitting. Not to mention both fitting rooms were super dirty with clothes lying all over the floor. Maybe instead of yelling at people for shopping, Monica should get those fitting rooms cleaned. Also, if she doesn't like seeing people shop, maybe she needs to leave Ross because this job ISN'T for her.
