I was recommended Rick's by my sister. She said they were very fair with the pricing and good with the service. I can't agree more. They couldn't find a specific cause to my problem but gave me some ideas as to what could be going wrong. One of their suggested solutions, a new battery, turned out to be just the thing I needed. In the end they didn't even charge me for looking at it and giving me advice. That's how you build a loyal customer base and I will definitely go back.

I find Rick to be one of the most fair and honest mechanics in the city of Sheboygan. He has made time in the past for a low air in the tire check and repaired it on the spot. He has made time during his very busy day to use his diagnostic equipment to check an engine light on my car. His integrity is a very rare thing in this day and age. Thanks Rick and son Ryan for excellent care, help on the spot for emergencies with my tires and the respect you have shown me as a customer.

I RARELY give 5 stars. These guys are honest & efficient. They figure out what's wrong and don't charge me if they can't fix it. If they do fix it, it's done right at a fair price.

These guys are awesome, honest, and down to earth! I got my front brakes done here. They also gave me a heads up on how long I had left on my back brakes. I will definitely be going back!

Very fair in pricing! Up front, what he quotes you is what you pay. Doesn't try and tell you that you need to fix XYZ when it really doesn't need to be fixed. Does excellent work and gets if done right the first time HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!I've been going to him for 30 yrs now!! There's an obvious reason for it!?

I've gone to Rick's 3 times now and have received such awesome service.My car had major issues back to back (E-brake cord snapped, power steering belt was squeaking, shocks froze) and Rick was able to squeeze me in at an earlier date each time.Finding a genuine mechanic can be hard to come by, but Rick's is one of the good ones!

Rick and Ryan are the only mechanics I bother taking my business to when my wife and I run into car troubles. They are very friendly and approachable and do excellent work. Rick and Ryan have spent lots of time with my vehicles, but these guys will not scam you or give you any kind of a run around. Rick once had my vehicle all day and told me that there would be no charge because he couldn't pinpoint exactly what needed to be fixed yet. Once he identifies the problem, he tells you what the cost will be so you aren't left with any surprises. You can tell they have a lot of respect for their customers and the vehicles they service by taking the time to explain the issue to you.
