I got a flat tire Labor Day weekend and my car isn’t equipped with a spare so I had to get towed. I had them tow the car to Pomp’s. I received a call the next business day. Chris told me the tire had a hole in the sidewall and couldn’t be patched. He educated me how where you buy tires matters. He explained the tire I have is not in stock, and would have to be ordered from the supplier, expected to be delivered next week unless by some slim chance the supplier would drop it off on their way through on another run. To my surprise I got a call two days later saying my car was ready. Service was great, pick-up was fast.
