I waited for 20 minutes at the window and no one answered my call. Actually there is someone who was watching the computer. She just ignored me and the dog from a car behind me kept barking all that time. The worst experience ever I have got. I just cancelled all my prescriptions there.

Extremely rude woman at the counter. Will not return to this pharmacy. She was so miserable she could hardly function. There is a way to provide simplistic customer service without demonstrating that amount of ignorance and misery. Whoever makes grave mistake of having a prescription filled here be prepared for an unhinged experience while picking up your prescription.

Produce/Deli is wonderful! I placed a large order of fruit salad for a party and it was perfect! They chose the best fruit and it was packaged perfectly!

I have been coming here for 5 years and I really do know why. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Always takes forever and they make you feel as though your being done a favor. I have been sitting in front of the pharmacy now waiting 45 minutes the prescription was called in 4 hours ago. They had not checked the incoming prescriptions and found it when I asked if it was ready. One would think it would be a priority to get it done right away. NOPE, they get a kick out of being over officious and inconveniencing people it's the only explanation.All I can say is WOW read the reviews people they are an accurate depiction.I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere as I will be doing I said it before even gone as far as telling the.pharmacist but my wife alwaysConvinces me to stay. Not this time.

So I called to get my prescription refilled today and asked a simple question and deandra was extremely rude.. Telling me my script would not be auto refilled because it's not a maintenance drugs... Even though it very much is a maintenance drug

Run, don't walk, away from this place. They only had one decent employee, Deiondre, and I haven't seen her for awhile. I waited one time for 10 minutes while the pharmacist turned on computers...the place was supposed to open at 9am...she wasn't ready until 9:15. Another time the pharmacist had a personal conversation regarding a weekend party while I, in plain sight, waited 10 minutes for her to finish. They routinely go well beyond the projected time the prescription was promised. The final insult: my husband just had to leave our home in Cleveland to return a prescription meant for someone else. Imagine the potential harm and breach of trust involved.This is just gross negligence...and potentially deadly! It will be the last trip we make to this pharmacy. We are pulling our prescriptions and encourage others to do likewise!

They are soooo slow. They came up to the drive thru window asking who I was picking up for, and then picked up the phone and started helping whoever was on the phone, I never even got to answer them. The only reason I am here is because Shopko sent my stuff here. 2 refills left them off to Glander where my other prescriptions are already. They are really great at Glander!!
