Noah's confirmation email said arrival would be + or - 30 mins of the appointment. About 1 hour prior to the appointment (and only after I reached out to them), they informed me that there would be a delay but did not have a new estimate of arrival. 1 hr and 15 min after the appointment, I contacted them to find out the arrival time. They still did not have an estimate of arrival. Ultimately, they arrived 3+ hours late. Canceling would have meant I wouldn't have a bed to sleep on, and I would have lost half of the cost of trip that was paid up front. It also would have been difficult to cancel because I had already moved half my items into the hallway to make the move smoother and quicker. I was also paying for additional hours of at home care during this long delay in service. The next day, I suggested that a 25% discount would be appropriate, given I only used 90 minutes of my 2 hour time limit and they were 3+ hours late. I am retired military, and I suggested perhaps they could honor the 10% discount (that I didn't know they offer) which would mean a 15% discount for the late service and the additional costs I incurred as a result of their late service. They were not interested. They thought showing up 3+ late was well within their right. Noah's also says you can pay for the second half of the move by whatever payment method you would like to choose. They emailed me the invoice for the move and 4 days later they went ahead and charged my credit card without my authorization.
They blamed the delay on the people ahead of me. Apparently the people scheduled before me didn't prepare properly. I understand sometimes things don't work out. But reputable businesses with owners that some decency make an effort to compensate customers when they don't hold up their end of the bargain. Based on reviews, their service seems to hold up the majority of the time. And I probably would have been a repeat customer had the business recognized the poor service they offered and made some effort to compensate for it. They apparently spend a lot of time partnering with local businesses and companies. So on the face of things, seems like a great little business. But I won't return. It's important for people and businesses to have some guiding principles. And they didn’t value my “small job”. They didn't show any respect or understanding for the challenges caused me, at no fault of my own. My tip was $40 (it wasn’t the kids fault), and it would have cost them about $112.00 to make it equitable with me. But that was too much for them.

We had furniture delivered from a furniture store yesterday. The couple that delivered it were fantastic!!! They helped move the couch to garage and new one in for us!!! After I told them my husband was an amputee they were so kind and empathetic. I will use them again if I need to move anything!!!

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Easy to book, easy to choose what services I wanted and a reasonable price. Jared and Travis let me know they could come early if I was ready and knocked out the move quickly and professionally quicker than I expected and then asked if I needed any additional help with anything. Great service and great people. would use them again and recommend them as well.

Awesome service. Very responsive and fit me in their schedule on a moments notice. JT, Jared, and Travis were great. Hard working, polite, great attitudes, and we shared a few laughs during the hour that they were at my home. I highly recommend.

Everything went accordingly. I purchased from American Freight they had items at 2 different stores. Noah's combined the two no problem. I am from a different generation having to book online I thought oh no. Then 1 store would not show same dates as the other one. Marlon combined the 2 no problem. I strongly recommend. If you have questions just chat and ask. In this instant society, it's nice to see workers with a smile on their face. Lord help young people today!!!

Their website have a too good to be true price. Called and they said they won't know the actual price until the movers show up on moving day and see how much stuff we have! So it's just an open tab. I asked if they could take the 4 wheeler and the person in the phone had no idea what that was and had a thick accent. Too many red flags.

I would recommend Noah's Moving Services to everyone. Both workers were knowledgeable about setting up the furniture. Both very nice .
Also hauled away my old furniture.
