I thought the staff was friendly but for what I paid to have my car cleaned out I was expecting a better job.

Today was the first time I've been here. First no one was outside greeting or directing customers. I pulled around towards the wash entrance. Finally a guy came out. I picked the 2nd highest price wash price plus armerol on interior surfaces & tires.
My weather tech mats were not touched. Whatever they used on the dash just left streaks. I was the only customer in at the time. I won't be back.

This place is one of the most expensive and worst car wash. I've ever attended. I pay 60 bucks, for the platinum wash. And while You're paying for the wash. They tell me I could come back and get the same wash within 7 days for free. I return within the 7 days to get the free wash. And now they say I can only get outside wash. But that wasn't the case when I Initially Paid for the wash. Not only that.
They are the most expensive car. Wash in the region, cost almost double than any other car wash. Ive also noticed Their machines also leaves marks and scratches in the paint. I find it insane that a machine operated car wash cost more Then a manually operated hands on car wash

Friendly staff and most have been there for a long time. you can usually get in and out of there within a pretty decent time frame-just know that when they are busy they are busy-so dont get frustrated with them-since they are caring for you vehicle.
