Years ago while working near Keil's, I have come the learn that the family that run it are decent, honest people. Because of that, I felt I could suggest them to my dad when he was looking for a new mechanic. For years now they have not disappointed us one bit. Very fair and honest work. My niece recently had an serious issue with her car, we had brought it to Keil's and had the issue and a few other things fixed in a timely manner at a great price. If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. My mom took her car there once and they ruined the whole engine. They couldn’t even fix nor repair the damage and just put back the engine how it was. Took it to another repair shop and even they couldn’t fix the damage they did. Ended up replacing the whole car. Wouldn’t waste your money going there unless you’re hoping to loose more money

Was completely overcharged (116 dollars to be exact) to put AIR in my tires. The son is very unprofessional and I was taken advantage of. My family and I have been going to Kiels for YEARS for all of our vehicles and we won’t be returning.Services: Tires

I never leave bad reviews, I just don't like to be negative about folks' livelihoods. However, I will not return to this repair shop after years of being a customer. Older gentleman who used to run stuff was great. New guy is a borderline scam artist. Overcharged for work beyond agreed upon price, then attempted to sell me brakes 25,000 miles before I needed them.Services: General repairs & maintenance

They were nice but they kept on provoking us to pay for other parts which didn't have to be replaced. At one point they broke our cars axle and wheel bearing and now needs to be replaced.
