I had a project car and had to buy a lot of new tools. Most other hardware stores in my area no longer carry items like gasket hole punch sets. Harbor Freight came through. They don't disappoint very often.

Exceptionally good customer service. One of the only stores I've ever been where every single employee doesn't seem to mind being there.Only problem I have is with the inaccuracies with inventory. Frequently, across all HF stores, the website says an item is in stock when it actually isn't. Not a big deal if you know this going in, but still disappointing.
