Be careful staff does not put clothes in right section. I once bought 3 pairs of silver jeans size 33x33 that I grabbed from the men's. I didn't try them on because I've worn silver jeans before and that's my size. I thought women's jeans were sizes also i.e size 6. Plus I wrongfully thought the button went the opposite way. So you guessed it I got home all proud of my $30 deal on jeans. I put on a pair and realized they were not men's. I went back to the store immediately and the cashier was friendly. Said they don't normally do returns but it's up to the manager. The manager came over looking very ready to leave work and not too professional. I started explaining I got them out of the men's section and they all had tags u didn't take off. I had just been in the store and would exchange them for 3 $10 pairs of actual men's jeans, so she wouldn't even have to do a return or relable the returned jeans. Well, unless you know you wanted to put a women's clothes tag on instead. She was rolling her eyes and sighing until I stopped talking and she pointed at a sign and said it's our policy not to do returns. it's been like that forever. I said I understand and with electronics I have bought many and kept the bad ones, but isn't it a policy to put them in the right section too. She said we have a dressing room abruptly and looked annoyed I was still there. I replied I had worn that style before and was in a hurry. She looked at my receipt and said you spent $106 big hurry huh? Now I was insulted and in disbelief. I mean I really think they should have let me grab 3 men's jeans and said thank you, but I would have be okay with an apologetic, I wish I could but we just don't allow returns not her questioning me, calling me a liar, and basically kicking me out the door. I have spent good money at this store, and management is awful. Completely rude and a bad example for the many great workers there. I won't go back.

This is a larger goodwill location. They have a lot of inventory. Prices were reasonable and things were mostly organized. Staff was helpful and friendly. Found some fun items.

Overpriced. Employees hastily put items on shelves, making customers seem like such an inconvenience and need them to move out of their way, at least 2-3 times per visit. Donation drop off is always great. Staff back here are helpful and make the donation drop off quick and easy.

Prices are high. You can buy a lot of the same items new for the prices they are asking which is a reason the shelves are packed with stuff. People go to thrift stores to get deals not to pay full price on items that goodwill gets for free.

Many items to choose from, sometimes dressing rooms need attention, dressing rooms otherwise are adequate. Prices are a little more than a few years ago, but overall, it's priced fair.

prices are outrageous for a store that gets items free... Clothing prices are same as if I bought clothes new from Walmart and many other stores. This goodwill is Privately owned, so money goes in owner's pockets. One star is too good, but bear minimum...

I love this place it always has good choices for all sorts of different things clothing, household items, different holiday items. There's always something new coming in The prices are very reasonable and they also have there's special discount for certain colored tags every week. It is also a great place to donate you're unwanted items and know that your donation is helping the community in more ways than one.

As much as I hate to admit. I enjoy the convenience of the fact that there is always something I need there and of course I have to buy it at a great price

I attempted to drop off a very nice piece of oak furniture (a buffet table) and was greeted by an extremely rude man who said "that's not going in there" and proceeded to point to the tiny sign with tiny writing placed behind the car that stated they don't take furniture at this location any more. Sorry, I don't come here to shop since most things are egregiously overpriced so I wasn't aware of every new policy. No need to be so completely rude about it. I will never bother coming here again and will recommend the same to others. Guess the dumpster got a new table. Nice mission statement.

Where to start? The store is large but very cluttered. The prices are obnoxiously high to the point that frequently you would be better off going to a retail store and buying the item new as you are not really saving any money by buying it used from here. They also now charge for a bag or something to carry items in after purchase. All items are donated to them and very little of the profits are used to provide any benefits to the community. Worst resale shop ever.

For a secondhand store a fair amount of things are overpriced. I do however like that I can get some neat finds here. Clothes are usually well organized but everything else is kind of messy.
