I like that they will put put medications in bubble packs which really helps the elderly out a lot Because they will know if they've taken their medication for that day

Always a great experience with Glander. I feel like a person when I go to get prescriptions or over the counter meds as they greet me and my dog like old friends every time I arrive. Always asking if they can give a treat to my dog. I never get any treats though and they have never offered ?If there is an issue with a prescription they always find a solution to the problem whether it be a partial full or an emergency supply they always provide a satisfactory solution. I won’t go anywhere else Highly recommended.

So much potential to be great, however dropping the ball even once in the wrong situation for a client can lead to a very bad outcome. Used and preferred to use them regularly and always preferred going in to pick up scripts plus other items. Absolutely love one of the pharmacists considerate humanness, helpfulness as well a handful of other experiences. Overall, customer service staff needs better training, better attitude or should leave Glander's and find work they like. It is almost always obvious they are not pleased to be genuinly helpful or considerate. On the majority of occasions have left wondering why I am treated more like a burden then a cherished client. Yesterday will be the last I will continue to support this. I still do not have all the details of what went wrong yesterday with a correctly placed, timely order promised and double checked to be delivered to me in the normal 4 hour window later that day. When I have all the details I will be contacting the Wisconsin BBB with further explanation of this experience and will post the follow up review there. Barring a delivery person accident or emergency I will not tolerate a broken promise of delivery for products of great significance to personal health. This stated, even if either occurred, some type of communication should have been made or attempted. No call. No knock. No voicemail. No text. No email. And no delivery. Because of this, I did not receive 2 important OTC items ordered by my doctor by phone for me to start asap. I am post-surgical and needed to rely wholly on their promise to deliver. Many painful complications have plagued my initial weeks of recovery and I remained appreciative for the mostly average assistance for previous needs and deliveries. One other notable exception here, one of the drivers on 3 previous occasions in the 2 weeks leading up to this followed setup and agreed to directions and showed exceptional client relations. This only reaffirms to me the amazing potential Glander's has. This non-delivery put me in harms way and caused me to suffer more discomfort. For this, as well as normal poor customer service (exceptions noted) I will not continue supporting them with my business or referral. Before I put this reviewing process behind me (and tomorrows follow up of their response on WI BBB site) please be assured this is meant to alert and strongly encourage ownership or management that some staff and daily functions need significant improvement or eventually need to be let go of. Making promises to clients with serious health issues and not fulfilling them with at least average client service is unacceptable. Good luck. I hope for the welfare of the many others that will come after me that you absorb this review with positive regard and make the needed adjustments to achieve what you actually spend money advertising you stand for.

Glanders has been around for yrs and in my life since I was 12yrs old respectfull ppl that work there and there one of the only places that deliver and that helps me out tremendously. Great place always

I was outside my apartment complex on 9-30 at 3:40 p.m. when a Glander delivery driver pulled his car up on the walkway. I told him that wasn't a parking spot & he replied, I've been parking here for 4 years. I directed him to the lot. When he went in to do his delivery one if the disabled tenants came home & he would have had a difficult time maneuvering around a car parked in the walkway. The driver was a man in his 60's & certainly knew the walkway was not a parking space. Pure laziness!

VERY UNHAPPY! I WAS TO MY INSURANCE WOULD REIMBURSE ME ME $152.19 IN 3-4WKS WELL I GOT MY SUPPLIES 7/26/19 WTH... TODAY I CALL 2 DIFFERENT #. IT SAYS THEIR HOURS ARE 9-7PM WELL I CZLLED AT 10 O'CLOCK AND THEY SAY CALL BETWEEN 9-7PM.WEL WTH ITS 10 O'CLOCK. IM GOING THERE TODAY NOT GONNA BE PRETTY. BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 1/2 WTH . Never again will I go through Glanders for anything.
